Principles of PAT

P — People

Pats are people. All people are welcome. Man. Woman. Child.

A — Attitude

Pats are positive. We bring good, steady energy. Just enough and never too much.

T — Team

Pats stand together. No Pat stands alone. We look out for each, even if we just met.

Membership Requirements

First Name Qualification (automatic admission)

Pat, Patrick, Patricia, Paddy, Patty, Patti, Patsy, Padraig, other regional/cultural variations. You are in. No further review required.

Being “of Glenside”

Glenside is our home. As such, we are neighborly and welcome Pats of Philadelphia, Jenkintown, Rockledge, Elkins Park, Oreland, and the surrounding area.

Middle Name Consideration (case-by-case)

If any variation of Pat appears in your middle name, you may be eligible. However, you must demonstrate serious commitment to being a Pat.

Confirmation Name Clause (highly respected pathway)

If you chose Pat as a confirmation name, we recognize this an early declaration of intent. You’re in.

Adjacent Name Policy

We proudly recognize and accept last names such as Patrick and Patel. You were born for this.

Disqualifying Factors

Bad-mouthing Pats or Pat-related activities.
